Fall Paperwork - How to - Needs to be done by August 15

Three items needed to be eligible for the start of camp on Monday August 14th:

1. BSD Athletic paperwork. Fall Sports, Football 2023. Feel free to select any other sports your child may play this school year. Make sure you submit at the end.

2. Starting the 2023 school year, ASB must be paid before a student can try out for a sport.

Free and Reduced Lunch ASB/PTP Survey Link - This is not active yet. Unfortunately I have not received an answer on when it will be. I have been told though you will receive a refund if paid and you did not have too.

3. A current physical. Physicals for WIAA sports are good for 13 months. I have emailed parents/students who participated in spring ball whose physicals will expire by the 2nd game of the season. Please reach out to me if you are not sure on your physical expiration date.
